Shere McClamb
Shere McClamb is a leadership consultant and coach to individuals and teams. Being a consultant to individuals and organizations providing leadership and management coaching/consultancy services for the past 10 years is her passion. Shereç—´ mission is to reconnect individuals by teaching them the skills essential to developing leadership skills to build and sustain organizational credibility.
Shere established Being the Leader You Want, LLC in 2010 to leverage her technical background and passion for helping individuals and teams develop their leadership skills, communicate better, and assist them in becoming the leader they would want to have. In her training and education experience, she has conducted many assessments of new students which guide the creation of curriculum that adapts and communicates to a wide range of audiences and situations. As an advocate and believer in continuous growth, Shere collaborates with her clients to help them share their authentic gifts freely and effectively in the workplace. Her clients experience support in making choices that enhance the quality of their work experience, positively influencing productivity, effectiveness, satisfaction
Education Endeavors include: a B.S. in Organizational Management and Development from Mount Olive College, a MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, there she also earned a graduate certificate in Servant Leadership, which is grounded in the remarkable philosophy of Servant Leadership, develops the mind, body, and spirit. In the fall of 2011 Shere will begin a Ph. D. Program in Human Capital Management at Bellevue University.

DANYEL JACKSON
Danyel has a passion for working within the ministry and underserved communities. Born and raised in Somerset, New Jersey, she graduated in 1997 from Bloomfield College with a degree in Business Finance. She is an active member of New Bethel Baptist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina where she serves on the Praise and Worship Team, and Young Adult Ministry. In addition to her community work in Wake County she serves as a board member for Restoration CDC; an organization which strives to improve the economic, educational, and housing needs for underserved residents in Northern Wake County. Presently, Danyel works for Wells Fargo as a Loan Officer, she resides in Rolesville, North Carolina and the proud parent of two young boys. Mrs. Jackson is the Finance Advisor for S.U.S.O. She is currently serving her second term with S.U.S.O, and brings a wide range of experience.

GERRI ODUM
Gerri Odum is an alum of North Carolina Central University with a degree in Business and a heart to serve others. She has served in the Durham community for almost eleven years, from assisting with school supply drives to mentoring youth & adolescents. Gerri has served in the capacity of summer camp counselor with Urban Hope, intern, and neighbor for the youth and residence of Walltown, in Durham NC, since 2007. This year she served as Program Manager for an AmeriCorp leadership development organization called Public Allies.
